Your Winter to do list...

  • Cut back this season's perennials after they are finished.
  • Leaf clean-up for health -- the plant's and your health (great exercise!)
  • Clean out your annual beds and prepare them for next Spring.
  • Cut back the ornamental grasses.
  • Lightly thin trees and shrubs.
  • Plan and take on small renovation projects fall and winter.
  • Yank out those overgrown, 20 year old junipers that you don't want and prepare that area for a Spring planting.
  • Set up you sprinkler system winterizing.
  • If you have leaking plastic manifolds you can replace those with copper in the Winter, be ready for Spring.
  • Aerations are not far off now!
